About The Juniper Bistro
Led by Executive Chef Sergio Garcia, the Juniper Bistro serves plant-rich, seasonal dishes alongside thoughtfully sourced proteins from regional producers, at the Juniper Hotel just outside downtown Banff. Brunch runs daily, with dinner dishes made for sharing every evening and a weekend cocktail hour. The hillside patio, voted Best Patio in the Bow Valley, looks over Banff and the surrounding mountain peaks. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are offered, and there is a kids menu.
