About Half Hitch Brewing Company
Half Hitch Brewing is a family-owned and operated brewery and restaurant at 10 Griffin Industrial Point #1 in Cochrane, Alberta. It began around the dinner table at a weekly family gathering in 2011; building the brewery was a family affair, and the first batch of beer came in June 2016. In 2020 they opened The Mash, a beer and pizza restaurant using upcycled spent grain as part of the pizza dough.
