About Eclipse Coffee Roasters
Eclipse Coffee Roasters has been roasting in Canmore, Alberta, from 2014, with an emphasis on sustainability, community and specialty coffee. The roastery keeps 10+ coffees on rotation on a weekly roasting schedule and sorts them by flavour, Bright, Balanced or Bold, not just how dark it's roasted. Every coffee gets independent screening, and sourcing findings are published on every product page.
