About this event
Memorial Park Library, 2nd Floor. Join longtime friends and creative collaborators Rachel Eliza Griffiths and Canisia Lubrin for a unique multi-media experience that traverses poetry, essays, novels, memoir, and photography. These are two artists at their peaks, joining forces in a performance that will be thrilling, dynamic, and charged—in the best way. This is the pairing that will bring everything magical about the Imaginairium out in full force. This event is part of Wordfest’s Imaginairium festival, running October 13–18, 2026. Meet more than 50 writers, thinkers, activists, and inspirers from around the world in Calgary. Wordfest also presents authors across every genre throughout the year.
