About The Haven Day Spa and Wellness Centre
The Haven opened in 2021 in one of Cochrane's original historic homes. Owner Krysta is a certified bodywork practitioner and reflexologist offering massage, bodywork, reflexology and esthetics treatments using Eminence Organics skincare and organic products. The spa includes a retail boutique with local bath products, jewelry and pantry items. All appointments begin with a warm detoxifying foot soak during intake.
