Prairie Dog Brewing makes small-batch beer on-site and slow-smoked BBQ. The menu includes vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy-inclusive options. Regular reservations accommodate groups of up to 30 people, and event bookings accommodate groups of up to 250 people.
