About Kicking Horse Campground
Kicking Horse Campground is in the forest alongside the Kicking Horse River at the base of Yoho Valley Road, 4 km east of Field. Unserviced sites accommodate tents, motorhomes and trailers up to 50 feet, though some loops are not suitable for vehicles over 25 feet. The campground offers easy access to Takakkaw Falls, Spiral Tunnels National Historic Site, and the Village of Field. Short trails lead from the campground, and free evening interpretive programs are hosted at the theater.
