Be the party.Beat Emergence is a preview of SYNC 2026: Sound and Image Conference, giving you a taste of the music, visuals, ideas, and creative energy coming to the National Music Centre this November.We’ll start with a hands-on Modular Synthesizer Basics workshop with Burkley Theriault. At 7:30, the night shifts into live electronic music and live visuals, featuring local live electronic performers–our Beat Convergence community! We’ll wrap things up with DJ Chris Brennan (of CJSW’s The Brutal and the Beautiful) You don’t need to be an electronic musician or gear expert.
