Melissa Martens is a Canadian singer-songwriter-guitarist based in Calgary. Her writing and musical style is most often acoustic pop, with a hint of folk, country and soft rock.Melissa started singing and writing music at a young age, and picked up guitar as a teenager. In 2011, her first six-track EP, Standstill, was released, and in 2022 she released a full-length album titled Hindsight.
