About this event
Love plants but want to display them in a unique way? Come create two beautiful pieces of living art to enjoy in your space!We’ll explore the beautiful Japanese-inspired art of Kokedama, wrapping a plant’s roots in soil and moss to create a unique, sculptural display. Using techniques and elements from the Kokedama portion, we’ll then create a Mounted Plant. Transform a plant into a stunning natural display by mounting it onto a piece of wood, creating a one-of-a-kind wall or tabletop feature.There will be soil, moss, and plants involved, so we recommend wearing something you don’t mind getting a little messy in. Gloves are welcome if you prefer to wear them. Plants, design and décor options will vary.
