About this event
Alcove Core. What does it mean to create and imagine another world? We are calling out to local artists, creators, thinkers, and doers in Calgary to express their experiences, feelings, and ideas connected to climate justice. This art workshop invites us to think about our own relationship with the climate crisis, how it impacts us all, and how to reimagine our ecological communities. Join in a button making or silk screen printing workshop and take home your creations! Offer a song or poem in our open mic session!Listen to local activists share on what climate justice means to them and join in meaningful positive conversation. All are welcome at this accessible workshop – we hope to see you there.This event is organized by Climate Hub, any event inquiries can be directed to: connector @calgaryclimatehub.ca.Free admission, drop-in's welcome!All ages event
