Join The Confluence in partnership with Greystone Books for a special evening with Jody Wilson-Raybould and Roshan Danesh, authors of The Inbetween Leader: Cultivating Courage and Unity in a Complex World.The event will include an interview moderated by Jennifer Thompson, president of The Confluence, and a book signing with the authors. Food, drink and copies of “The Inbetween Leader” will be available for purchase onsite from Shelf Life Books.In this era of extreme polarization, traditional leadership models rooted in competition and hierarchy are failing to bridge the gap. In “The Inbetween Leader”, Wilson-Raybould and Danesh offer an alternative — one that fosters interconnectedness, empowers diverse teams, and maintains unity without erasing difference.
